Great tea awesome customer service

So very very good. I've driven past the place several times and never stopped. I'm so glad I did! The food was fresh and delicious. I'm not much of a tea drinker but every time I brew a cup of their loose leaf tea if years like a bit of magic and a cup.

Great tea experience here. People here are amazing. We had a great time. Amazing find, that we saw on the side of the road. We will keep this place in our to visit list every time we go this way. This is a must visit place for any tea drinker. Educational as well as delicious!

High quality local farm-grown tea arranged in different blends according to your taste and health outcomes. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Next time I'll stop and try the dim sum!

Of course there mostly known for there tea. Which is delicious. Completely all natural and freshly brewed. They have cold tea and also warm tea tastings that are an interesting concept. They also have a small menu and the food is great. Best Asia food around Seneca County in my opinion. Most fresh and biggest eggs rolls I know of around. The Crab Rangoon was amazing! A must try if near Waterloo Outlet Mall.

There's no better place for authentic Chinese teas. Go for tea tastings, buying teas, bulk teas, and now they have Chinese food buffet. Great atmosphere and friendly people.

The tea is so very good. They explained the right way to make and drink tea to get the best quality and it was great.The steamed pork buns were so delicious.

It was not what i thought. But the place was clean and had alot of teas to offer. More expensive than i was willing to pay, but for committed tea drinkers, i think the options were many and the prices were probably fair.

Receive a very comprehensive tutorial on Chinese Teas from a Master. Try tasting hot or cold brews of specific teas from various regions which have unique tastes just like varieties of wine. Or, sample tea-herbal blends distinguished by thousands of years of Chinese Herbal Medicine learning and wonderful aromas and tastes. Didn't have time but facility is also cooking homemade Dim Sum dumplings.

Delicious, fresh teas in a huge variety of teas, herbal tisanes, and blends. Knowledgeable staff. Bags and loose leaf, plus tea accessories. My favs are the fermented black tea, white tea, and snow daisy tisanes.

For having no one here at lunch time, this is a nice place. Friendly service, decent dumplings, and good tea. They should be crowded at noon.

Went there for the first time the other day. It was fun and we learned a lot about tea. We sampled some of the teas, learned how to prepare it, and bought many to go. I like that they have single-serving prepackaged tea combinations. Very convenient and high quality product.

This is some of the best tea I've ever had. It's so nice to have a place like this in the area. They people are friendly and will help you pick out teas you'll like. It's winter now, but it also looks like their facility will be very nice looking in nicer weather. If you're nearby, you should definitely stop; if you like tea, you should make a trip here. You can also shop at the outlet mall across the street. They also have food and I haven't tried much but the wonton soup is better than most!

One of three tea farms in America! Family owned. Super knowledgeable. Incredible experience. Lily is a gem. She showed us the tea rinsing process while preparing our tea. And spoke of each variety with so much knowledge. Amazing. Our group of ten all fell in love.

Very cool place. Very interesting background of where the tea leaves originated from. So many tea selections. Lots of benefits. Super nice people who own and run the place. They let us taste test 40 different teas.

If you have ever liked tea, or are not sure, come here and get some. The quality of their tea makes Teavana a joke. Their tea is very fresh, satisfying, unique, and flavorful. Many of their teas are hand made by them. The complexity of each flavor made me writing 10/10 on each flavor I have tried, many for differences of complex taste. It gave me a new idea of what good tea is. I will have a hard time getting or enjoying tea from anywhere else. Even if you don't like tea, if you try some of their varieties, you will probably find yourself becoming a huge fan. Go, it's worth a taste and a try.

I have been to the Finger Lakes Tea Company multiple times. It's wonderful! The teas are delicious and the staff shows you the correct way to make tea. The dim sum is incredible! I love the hot and sour soup and chinese pizza! Yum!

Chill vibe. Huge tea selection and great food. My kids and I love to each order a pot of tea of varios flavors and share. They have teas for all types of things; skin, digestion, etc. They have dim sum and a few complete meals. We love coming here and do so whenever we're in the area.
